Overhaul air reservoir Mercedes 300 SE / SEL
The air reservoir is completely disassembled.
The boiler is blasted, KTL coated or painted and covered with sprayable seam sealing.
Steel parts are blasted and galvanized.
The check and drain valves and the external filling connection are renewed.
The duration of the overhaul is approx. 4 weeks.
Price = 650,00 Euro + VAT.
Overhaul water pump Mercedes 600 W 100 early ( 5 belts ) and late ( 7 belts ) version.
The water pump is completely disassembled. All parts are ultrasonic cleaned, partly blasted, KTL coated or painted. Steel parts are blasted and galvanized. All run-in shafts are overhauled with repair sleeves and all surfaces are ground flat. After assembly, the pump is mounted on a test bench and tested for function and tightness. The pump is delivered with all necessary seals for installation.
The duration of the overhaul is about 5 weeks. Price on request.
Overhaul air valve of air suspension Mercedes 600.
The complete air valve is cleaned and disassembled. The housing is blasted and treated with clear varnish. Seals are renewed, steel parts are blasted and galvanized. The brass valve is renewed.
The duration of the overhaul is about 4 weeks.
Price overhaul = 320,00 € + VAT.
Overhaul frost protector of air suspension Mercedes 300, 600.
The complete frost protector is cleaned and disassembled, the housing is blasted and treated with clear lacquer, gaskets are renewed, steel parts are blasted and galvanized.
The nozzle is drilled to original dimensions. The duration of the overhaul is about 4 weeks.
Price overhaul = 295,00 € + VAT.
Overhaul air compressor of air suspension Mercedes 300, 600 (early and late version).
The complete air compressor is cleaned and disassembled. The housing is blasted and treated with clear varnish, sealing surfaces are ground flat and the seals are renewed, steel parts are blasted and galvanized. The original rep set is installed and the ball bearing is renewed. The cylinder is re-honed. If necessary, the crankshaft bearing and the connecting rod bearing are made of brass and renewed.
The duration of the overhaul is 4 - 5 weeks depending on the condition of the bearings.
ATTENTION: It is recommended to renew also the oil hose from the oil filter to the air compressor when overhauling the air compressor.
Price overhaul without renewal of crank and conrod bearings = 890,00 € + VAT.
Price overhaul with renewal of crank and connecting rod bearings = 1200,00 € + VAT.
Overhaul pressure regulator of air suspension Mercedes 600.
The complete pressure regulator is cleaned and disassembled. The housing is blasted and treated with clear varnish, gaskets are renewed, steel parts are blasted and galvanized.
The pressure regulator is adjusted and tested. The duration of the overhaul is about 3 weeks.

Overhaul air control valve of air suspension for Mercedes 300 without high position.
The complete valve is cleaned and disassembled. The body is blasted and treated with clear varnish, gaskets are renewed, steel parts are blasted and galvanized. The brass innards are remanufactured and renewed. The valve is adjusted and tested.
The duration of the overhaul is about 4 weeks.

Overhaul air control valve Mercedes 300 / 600.

The pressure switch is renewed (if supplied) and the valve is adjusted to the respective pressures of the vehicle ( ATTENTION. 300 and 600 are NOT the same).

Overhaul master brake cylinder Mercedes 600 (early and late version).
The brake master cylinder is completely disassembled and cleaned. The housing is blasted and painted, the cylinder is honed. An original Repsatz is installed. After reassembly, the master cylinder goes to a test stand where high and low pressure testing is performed.
The duration of the overhaul is about 4 weeks.
Price overhaul = 595,00 € + VAT.
Overhaul hydraulic cylinder Mercedes 600 heater
This hydraulic cylinder is mechanically opened, disassembled and cleaned. The seals are replaced with remanufactured ones. The housing of the cylinder is also remanufactured and replaced, as it has to be flanged and is destroyed during disassembly. All parts are cleaned. After reassembly, the cylinder is mounted on a test bench and tested for function and tightness. The housing is painted black and a remanufactured stickers is applied.
The duration of the repair is about 4 weeks.
