Overhauling comfort hydraulics

The Mercedes 600 has many hydraulic controls, cylinders and cables, the so-called "comfort hydraulic". This device enables different processes, where force is exerted, to be operated and supported with hydraulic power by means of pressing levers, switches or electrical control units. Many components of the vehicle are hydraulically operated e.g.

•     Window lifter
•     Luggage compartment lid
•     Doors (according to serial number)
•     Sun roof
•     Seat adjustment front and rear
•     Ventilation flap
•     Air conditioning and heating
•     Privacy partition etc.

In each of these assembly parts there are many different gaskets that become hard throughout the years and are no longer able to withhold the pressure of this system which is far over 100 bar.

       re-sealed, when necessary new mechanical parts are installed and tested.
