You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
\nThe withdrawal period is 14 days from the day<\/p>\n

\u2013 on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered as a single delivery;<\/p>\n

\u2013 on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods, provided that you ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;<\/p>\n

\u2013 on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, provided that you ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or items;<\/p>\n

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Roman W\u00f6rle, W\u00f6rle Fahrzeugtechnik, Johannesstra\u00dfe 1a, 89428 Syrgenstein, Germany, info@woerle-fahrzeugtechnik.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.<\/p>\n

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.<\/p>\n

Consequences of revocation
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.<\/p>\n

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.<\/p>\n

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.<\/p>\n

You bear the direct costs of returning goods that can be shipped by parcel post, as well as the direct costs of returning goods that cannot be shipped by parcel post. The costs for goods that cannot be shipped by parcel post are estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 69.<\/p>\n

You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties, and functionality.<\/p>\n

Reasons for exclusion or expiry<\/strong><\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts<\/p>\n

\u2013 for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
\n\u2013 for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
\n\u2013 for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract, but which cannot be delivered until at least 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
\n\u2013 for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or illustrated magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.<\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts<\/p>\n

\u2013 for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
\n\u2013 for the delivery of goods if, due to their nature, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
\n\u2013 for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging if the seal has been removed after delivery.<\/p>\n
